RESTRICTIONS
The Massachusetts Senate by a vote of 36-3, passed a bill to permanently enstate the expansion of voting rights that were temporarily adopted during the 2020 election due to the pandemic. The bill would expand early voting and allow same-day registration on election day in both the primary and general.
